The Physical Introduction is an invitation to familiarize yourself with a dance performance through your own body. It is not about learning steps or rehearsing part of the repertoire. Rather, the focus is on exploring the basic principles of the choreography, delving into the atmosphere of the evening and developing a more complex understanding of artistic expression through sensory experience – a warm-up of a different kind. Afterwards, there will be enough time to take a breath and move on to the performance.
